It's shown on this old OS map from about the end of the 19th century. interactive map
The Fox & Hounds was built late in the 16th century, with extensions added early in the 17th century. The quoted closure date of 1988 is in doubt; it appears on the OS map of 1905 as a pub, but by the 1931-1960 series it's just shown as Fox Farm. Could the closure date actually have been 1918?
It's now Fox Farmhouse.
