Owned by local farmer and cider producer, John Norton. His son Tom Norton is the brewer. This micro-brewery located behind the White Horse, is designed to be as energy-efficient as possible and was built from environmentally friendly and sustainable materials. Currently they produce a wide range of wild-yeast fermented sours and wooden cask matured beers, many of which are available in the pub or other specialist craft beer bars.

They first brewed for the pub's "Eddy Fest" in August 2008. Originally the brewery was called Mill Green. Under this name they created a more traditional range of real ales. However the operation was temporarily shut down in 2016 and then soon afterwards restarted as the Little Earth Project.

John also owns Castlings Heath organic cider.
