The Greyhound opened its doors under its current owners in August 2011 after being purchased from Greene King. The pub has since undergone a huge refurbishment including the demolition of half of the pub and the erection of a new building housing a new kitchen and new restaurant, Twenty One.
The pub's management is committed to supporting the local community.
A Victorian/Edwardian brewery was once on site.
This is the last remaining pub in a parish which once had ten pubs!
