Ipswich Duke of Cambridge Inn

historical era: mid 20th century

closed January 10th, 1920

17 Black Horse Ln

Overview | Historical info | Public transport | Map

The pub must have been pretty much where it's marked on our map, as the 1909 Ipswich Rates book shows numbers 1-13 Black Horse Lane, then the pub, with a stables next. It's been placed on the map next to what could have been a stables according to old OS maps. The closure date was recorded in the Borough Police licensed premises register 1903-1923.
