Debenham Cherry Treehistorical era: late 20th century
closed uncertain - some time between 2009 & 2013?
Cherry Tree Green, IP14 6QT
Currently closed. Much of the site has been redeveloped into housing - this was partly to pay for renovation work to reopen the pub.
Renovation work started about 2013 and had finished by December 2016, when it was advertised to let. But there has apparently been no interest in the subsequent couple of years, so the likelihood of it reopening is starting to look less likely.
Built early 17th century, with 18th and 19th century extensions.
It's shown on this old OS map from about 1903 (larger map)

NOTE: A messuage equates to a dwelling-house and may include outbuildings, orchard, curtilage or court-yard and garden - this may have been an earlier structure to the current property.
