A popular restaurant and bar set close to the sea wall with good views out to sea from the upper windows. The original Victorian building was extended in the late 1990s. The restaurant offered locally caught fish.

The building was apparently purchased in April 2011, though to date nothing has been done with it.

The pub can be seen on this old OS map from about 1902 (interactive map)
