A notice in the Ipswich Journal of December 1860. Royal Albert Inn, near the old railway station, Ipswich, to be sold by auction during January next. All the excellent household furniture, trade utensils and effects, by order of the proprietor, Mr Pearce, who is about relinquishing the business.
