Having examined all available licensing records (1913-1968) without finding any mention of this pub, so it must have closed before 1913.
The pub is listed in Waterloo Street in the 1851 census, though we have yet to trace this street. There is a Waterloo House on The Street, about halfway between the Red Lion and Bucks Green; perhaps Waterloo Street was an older name for The Street?
