The 1881 Census lists the Rose & Crown at schedule number 63 and the Queen's Head at schedule number 67.
The 1891 Census lists the Rose & Crown at schedule number 1, next to the Reading Room and The Street, and the Queen's Head at schedule number 44, In the Street. (Bull Hill is at schedule numbers 53+.)
The 1901 Census lists the Rose & Crown at 39 and the Queen's Head at 14, both are listed in the Village.
It was not found in the 1871 & 1911 Censuses.
