Ipswich Wherry Inn?putative
A public house is shown at this location on the 1932 valuation map. According to the book, "A Victorian Vision, the building of Ipswich Wet Dock",
The Wherry Inn has gone to make way for Isaac Lord's coal yard.which would fit with this location.
Some of the early entries for the Wherry Inn (New Wherry Inn) may in fact refer to this pub. An 1884 map shows a public house to the east of the location of the Wherry Inn (New Wherry Inn), which suggests that the pub may have been rebuilt next door. (See above).
