grid reference TM 341 895 (approximate location)
The Garden House is listed in the 1909 town Rates book. Apart from this, virtually nothing is known. It can't be seen on OS maps from the period. There's a modern Garden Close where we've marked this on the map - perhaps significant?
Garden House is listed in the 1881, 1891 and 1901 censuses in Beccles Road This is assumed to be the same pub.
