The only references we currently have for these premises are reports in two editions of the Ipswich Journal:
To be left, the Ipswich Cyder House, late in the occupation of Isaac Peacock, Cyder Merchant, Deceased. 'Tis a well accustomed house, the greatest part new built, with brick and sashed, with a large Cellar room, Outhouses, Stable and other conveniences and is to be left with or without a well planted Orchard of Trees full grown.
