To be sold, all that well-accustomed Freehold Messuage or Tenement...the Butcher's Arms, in Bricet, with a Blacksmith's Shop and Stable adjoining, and also a Piece of Ground, containing half an Acre, to the same belonging, well planted with young and sturdy Apple, Pear and other Fruit Trees of the best kinds, in the Occupation of Thomas Woollard.Ipswich Journal, January 15th 1774***
