A newly-opened venture in 2017, it features Tea by the Quay, a vintage themed tea room on the ground floor, the Bar and Pie Parlour on the first floor and the Gin Landing on the top floor.

Real Ale is known to be available in the Pie Parlour; we don't yet know if it's available in the other parts of the establishment.

Reported to be closed as of January 2019. The building is due to be auctioned off in June 2019.
