Dating from the 19th century, this was a pub offering B&B and it also had a beer garden.
It closed late in 2011.
In late 2013/early 2014, planning permission for conversion into residential use was lodged. This has since been approved and the building converted.
The pub is shown on this old OS map from about the end of the 19th century. larger map
