A spacious village pub with a large car-park, just out outside Ipswich. The public bar still retains a village atmosphere and offers a good choice of beers. The comfortable large restaurant area is welcoming to families. The menu features a lot of gluten-free options for people with coeliac disease. There's also a beer garden.
The pub is a local residents' Community Interest Group which raised money to buy it in September 2014.
