Fynn, John
, Saxmundham
A report in the Ipswich Journal*** on 16 May 1741 states :
To be lett and enter'd upon at Midsummer next, a convenient new-built Messuage, at Saxmundham, together with the Brewing and Malting-Offices, late of Mr John Fynn, Brewer, deceased, both very commodious, also about 12 Acres of Land and Meadow adjoining to the same. And likewise four good accustomed Inns, if desired. Enquire of Mrs Susan Fynn, the Widow.
NOTE: A messuage equates to a dwelling-house and may include outbuildings, orchard, curtilage or court-yard and garden - this may have been an earlier structure to the current property.
