Formerly called O'Neills, part of a national chain of Irish themed bars, that was opened to replace converted offices, shops and a restaurant.
It was closed and boarded up in November 2009, subsequently converted into a bistro which itself closed down in 2014. It has now (late-2016) been empty for several years.
