In the light of the government announcement of March 20th, all pubs are now closed until further notice.

Some of them may well still be offering a takeaway beer service and some others will also be selling food takeaways, perhaps even with delivery. If you can give any of our pubs some support through these terrible times by buying some takeaway food or drink, please do so. The 1904 Woodbridge licensing records show that the Saddlers' Arms' beerhouse license was issued in 1853. The license was expired in 1907 as part of a scheme to reduce the number of alcohol licenses. The pub was subsequently demolished.
