To be sold, the White Hart Inn in Framlingham, being a well situated and accustomed House, with a Butcher's Shop, Slaughter House, Stable and other Conveniences, in the Occupation of Mr Samuel Pipe, Butcher. The notice also infers that Samuel Pipe was in financial difficulties as all monies owed to him were to be paid to a third party.Ipswich Journal, June 16th 1759***
