This may be the unidentified beerhouse but at present we can't be sure.

The building is now (maybe then) divided into two premises, The Valentines (adjacent to the road) and Wellington Cottage to the rear. Wellington Cottage may provide a clue as to which part was the beerhouse (assuming only part of the building).
