This inn was a replacement for an earlier pub of the same name which fell victim to coastal erosion many years ago. (Probably between 1901 and 1911).
Formerly owned (2003-2008) by Oulton Brewery and then selling Oulton Ale Oulton Bitter, Nautilus, Gone Fishing etc.
