Started brewing early 2008, specialising in high-quality, traditional bottom-fermented lagers, matured over 6 weeks and then filtered before being bottled or kegged (approximately 80% is kegged, the rest bottled).
All beers are filtered but not pasteurised. Despite not being Real Ale, the beers are very flavoursome.
The brewery has also branched out into Real Ales.
They bought their first pub in February 2012, the Needham Market Rampant Horse. A second pub, the Holbrook Swan was bought in 2018, but both were sold in 2020.
In 2013, production capacity was greatly increased by the installation of a new 8500 litre brew plant.
The brewery is some distance to the north-west of the village at Coddenham Green. It is now owned by Lacon's Brewery, of Great Yarmouth.
