The Little Wonder was demolished shortly after it closed. It was reportedly on the east side of Bell Lane, a short way north from the junction with Austin Street.
The closure date is recorded in the Borough Police licensed premises register 1903-1923.
Historical interest
Henry SOUTHGATE, landlord of the Alma Beer House, Ipswich, was accused of aiding & assisting the removal of goods to prevent a legal distress for rent, after they had been taken to his house.Ipswich Journal, August 10th 1861**
