The WigWam is not shown as a pub on any available OS map (at least as early as 1885)?

It isn't entirely clear how this building has been identified as the pub.

Message from Danny Downes: Minnie Miranda Block was listed as landlord of the Wigwam when she died in 1936. Maybe this was previously the Stag Inn and she renamed it?
