Very popular town centre bar in a former bank building that was completely refurbished in 2024 with the installation of a cold cellar and a hand built bar. There are bar stools and table seating in the bar area with additional seating in a side room, and a small courtyard that is mainly used by smokers. 10 hand pumps and 10 craft taps serve an ever-changing range of ales that can be purchased in thirds, halves, two-thirds and pint measures with a fridge containing ale and cider in bottles and cans. Beer tasting events are held monthly.
