Tiny characterful bar within an antique rail carriage alongside the loco works sidings of the only heritage standard gauge steam railway in Suffolk.
Beers straight from the barrel. Occasional guest beers likely to be from Earl Soham brewery or its collaborator Cliff Quay. May also have real cider. Only a few seats inside the carriage but more outside (some also under shelter). The bar is known as the Middy Bar and no railway entry fee is required on the Friday evening bar openings.
