A large landmark building, close to Derby Road Station (which gave it its name). The Railway is a pub with a long-standing reputation for live music.
It was renovated late-2016 and is run as a pub/music venue with live music Friday and Saturday, plus occasional Sunday gigs. Admission fees may be payable on occasions to get in.
The pub may close early some nights if it's quiet and on occasions may not open at all.
