Noah's Ark is listed as near the Street in the 1861 census at schedule 88, 87 is Chapel Road and 89 is Back Street (now Old Market Street).

Thanks to Stuart (who lives in the old Royal Oak) for identifying the correct building for us.

It appears to be listed in the 1909 Rate Book as "The Ark", so the pub presumably closed before that year.
