A modern cafe and bar recently built close tothe mere. It offers a wide range of food and drinks including two beers on draught. Adnams Ghostship and Dry hopped lager when last visited. Other beers and cider are available in bottles.
There's also accommodation and a shopping Emporium on the same site

Historical interest
Claire and Cameron Marshall opened this venture in 2014, alongside their other established business, the Boathouse in Dedham. It replaced Barn Hall which had originally been the Ogilvie’s estate office and had had seen various food and retail arrangements over many years.
